ENDURE CHALLENGES REAP JOYFULLY

ENDURE CHALLENGES REAP JOYFULLY

psalm 126 verse 5

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy

The children of Israel left the land of bondage

They are now free and in their own land, but have to start from the begining.

They have to plant and wait some months before harvest.

Things were not as easy as they suppose to be.

They were sorrowful and with tears were sowing in their land of freedom.

This same thing happens in the life of Christians.

Christians are saved and free from the bondage of Satan .

But they are still in the world with many challenges.

The farmer labour tireleslly:

(1) They will cut the bush

(2) prepare the soil.

(3) They will make heaps.

(4) plant crops.

(5) Weed the farm ..

(6) Protect the crops.

(7) Pray for faourable weather conditions.

(8) They harvest the crops.

(9) Preserve the crops.

(10) They also protect the ones they are going to plant in the next season.

ENDURE CHALLENGES REAP JOYFULLY

The same thing happens with the Christians

(1) Christians do evangelism.

(2) Visit Converts

(3) Assist the converts.

(4) Protect them from false prophets

(5) Teach them the word of God.

(6) They teach them how to grow in grace.

(7) Teach them how to bear fruits.

(8) Christians fast and pray for the conservation of converts.

(9) They pray on the challenges of converts.

(10) They watch over them as good shepherds.

ENDURE CHALLENGES REAP JOYFULLY

In all these things, they are patient.

(1) In the sun.

(2) In the rain.

(3) with determination and focus .

(3) During hunger and thirst.

(4) In many other challenges.

They are, busy working with the hope that one day they will reap the reward of their labour.

Apostle Paul
In 2nd Timothy Chapter 4 verse 8  said Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing

As we are doing all these things truthfully and in righteousness and we focus on doing it one day we shall reap with Joy.

PATTERN OF SOWING AND REAPING

(1) We must plant before we can reap

(2) We will reap what we plant, we cannot plant okro and harvest orange.

(3) Harvested crops  is alwàys more than what we plant.

(4) Planting and harvesting need patience.

(5) Wasting time before planting brings Sorrow .

(5) Planting is by faith because the seed planted will rotten before producing fresh fruits

(6) Satan is always against planting.

The Bible says when men slept Satan came and plant weed among the crops

As Christians when we  plant by Preaching the word of God.

our fruits are souls of people that we harvest into the Kingdom of God.

We must not be lazy and we must watch over the souls if not Satan will steal the word God planted in their soul.

We must pray for them Mathew Chapter 13 verse 25

But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way.

ENDURE CHALLENGES REAP JOYFULLY

If we endure there is going to be prevailing Joy after reaping

Nehemiah Chapter 12 Verse
43
Also that day they offered great sacrifices, and rejoiced: for God had made them rejoice with great joy: the wives also and the children rejoiced: so that the joy of Jerusalem was heard even afar off.

There is great joy in Israel

Luke chapter 10 verse 17

And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.

There is the manifestation of Joy

(1) Joy of accomplishment

(2) joy of the fulfilment of the promise God

(3) joy of multiplication

if we dont plant early enough our joy will not come early.

Now is the time we must arise

John chapter 9 verse 4  I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

God will help us we will work and harvest with Joy in Jesus name. Amen.
